SIBO
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is excessive bacteria growth in the small intestine. SIBO may be responsible for up to 80% of IBS cases. Common symptoms: diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, and even malnutrition due to impaired nutrient absorption.
