Gut, weight, thyroid, skin, hormone, autoimmune, anxiety, blood sugar, cardiovascular, anemia, liver, food sensitivity, histamine, and mold concerns.

Who We Are

We’re an unrelenting group of functional health practitioners (RHPs, FDNPs, NTPs) that have been in your shoes before: chronic migraine, narcolepsy, dandruff, bloating, constipation — you name it.

Symptoms We Tackle

Aches and pains, bad breath, brain fog, brittle nails, blood in stool, constant hunger, constipation, diarrhea, disturbed vision, depression, eczema, edema, fatigue, headaches, high blood pressure, hyperpigmentation, IBS, inflammation, irritability, itchy skin, laxative use, memory issues, pins & needles, poor sleep, severe cramps, sugar cravings, weight gain/inability to lose weight. And many more!

We See You

You’ve probably tried a lot of things to feel better and conventional medicine isn't helping or is dismissing you.

We respect that you want to feel better and improve your health. And we're excited to help.

Our Philosophy

The body is many systems in one, all working together to maintain its best possible version of homeostasis.

Our approach is to give the body what it needs to recover: nutrition, movement, rest, mindfulness, supplementation, and sleep quality protocols tailored to what's going on inside you.

Common Qs & As

What's the #1 reason to apply for concierge?

There are so many reasons, but by far the answer we always get is our speed to reply to you — we're here nearly 24/7 to make sure you're supported in your health journey while you're working with us.

The second most common thing we hear is our ability to appropriately layer which symptoms to support — some people come to us and want to run all the labs, but when a lot of data is present, you have to really understand how the body works. This allows us to help you get where you want to be faster and most affordably. The way the body works is if you address things in the right order, you can reduce more symptoms at once because some are downstream of the first ones you're tackling.

And another common thing we hear is our practitioners ability to adjust their communication style to each client — maybe you want all the facts and want to really understand why and how, or maybe you need someone to be super gentle and not overwhelm you — we have the perfect practitioner for you no matter your personality and needs.

I already have some testing, can I bring it or get a discount?

Yes, please bring and and all testing!

Our program is built around our time, so you only pay for any tests we agree you should complete to get the best results possible when working with us.

TLDR: if you recently did a GI Map for example, you won't be charged the same amount as someone who needs a GI Map but hasn't completed a GI Map yet.

What happens after I apply?

A Sunnyside practitioner will be in touch within 72 hours (usually next day).

We review your case to confirm we can help you see results, and then will email you to schedule time to speak briefly to answer any questions you may have.

During this call, we'll present a proposal that includes an estimated timeline for working with us, testing we recommend, and accompanying prices.

What are your team's credentials?

Our practitioners all have one or more certificates from the best functional health programs in the country. We even have a Master Restorative Health Practitioner on our team. The Institute for Restorative Health routinely produces some of the most critical thinking practitioners in the space.

Other certifications our team holds:

  • Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist Practitioner
  • HTMA Practitioner
  • Organic Acid Practitioner
  • SSRP Peptide Therapy Training
  • Blueprint Program Training
  • Cellular Cure Program Training

If you ever have interest in becoming a practitioner, reach out to us — we're happy to answer any questions, share the differences between these programs, and share a referral link where you can get access to clinical events before joining.

Why don't you share pricing?

Some people are coming to us with tests, and others need testing. Some people have a very complicated symptom set and weaker constitution and may need more time with us.

So, since improving one's health is a very individualized process, what you might need will differ from what someone else may need.

You'll get your concierge package price during a 15 minute call we offer when we reach out in response to your application. It will be broken out by costs.

We typically work in 3, 4, or 6 months packages (symptoms help determine what timeline we estimate will be necessary). This is usually enough time to make considerable improvement, if not fully resolve your symptoms.

Once in awhile an application will come through and we'll know that it may be a more layered case requiring a longer commitment.

In these rare cases, we'll communicate our understanding to you, and make adjustments on our end so that you can achieve the results you're looking for. For example, individuals that have become highly sensitive and are battling mold toxicity we tend to work with longer and at a discounted rate.

Our concierge service provides response times to chat and email within 24 hours outside of scheduled calls so that every step of the way you have support to know how to handle new symptoms, mistakes, or uncertainties.

We will recommend tests we think are necessary for you to complete for us to have the data to understand what's going on inside your body, and how to craft a protocol. You're welcome to bring test results you've already completed.

When you join the concierge program, you get tests at our cost. Most laboratories ask that we don't share these prices publicly. So to respect the laboratories, we present pricing to you on the 15 minute call.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, of course, because we know how stressful budgeting can be when you're on a health journey.

If I commit, when do I get my tests?

Once you pay for your package (payment plans through Shopify are available), we usually submit the orders for your test same or next day, so they should be on your doorstep in 5-7 business days.

How long will my concierge program be?

Healing is a very individualized process, so what you may need will differ from what someone else may need.

After we review your application, if your case is one we have confidence we can help resolve, we'll offer you a 15-minute call. On that call, we'll present the length of your proposed concierge package, and go over pricing.

In these rare cases, we'll communicate this to you upfront and make adjustments on our end so that you can achieve the remission you're looking for.

When does the clock start on my program?

While we charge you just before we ship your tests, we don't start the clock on your time with us until your test results come in, or a generous 3 months from payment (whichever is soonest).

Why? Some tests require doing them at a certain time...like after apple has been out of your body for 72 hours, or at the start of your luteal phase, or after you've provoked your detox systems for 5-7 days in the sauna...

But we also can't hold your spot forever. So, try to submit your tests by the ~2 month mark where the results can come back from the lab and we can start by the 3 month mark. This way, you won't waste any of your program time with us.

If something comes up (like unexpected work travel or a death in your family), we're human — so just let us know.

Do you take insurance?

We do not.

We hope insurance will eventually acknowledge how this modality of health care can improve health and put disease into remission quite affordably (with a lot less side effects!).

What happens on the 15 minute call?

It's not an interview, don't worry.

If we offer you a time to speak, it's because we think we can help you and want to:

a) answer any of your questions

b) ask any clarifying details that come to mind for us

c) present our proposed package (timeline, tests, overview of what to expect)

d) get to know you a little bit!

Is there an office I can come into?

Not yet! If this is something you'd like, please let us know what city you are in (we're actively tracking demand)

For now, our work is 100% remote.

How is this different than working with my doctor?

In so many ways!

  1. We're ordering tests most doctors won't (or aren't even aware of in most cases)
  2. We're connecting the dots between your test results and your symptoms
  3. We're making tailored recommendations across diet, supplements, movement, stress relief, environment, and sleep to help you feel better faster.
  4. We're asking lots of questions and listening to all the details that you want to share...we're in no rush besides getting you feeling better

Do you work with pediatric clients?

Absolutely — please apply. If we review the case and it doesn't seem like one we believe we are suited for, we have several peers we can refer you to.
